Low graphical performance in idle operations, like running Finder.

Hello, I have an ASUS VivoBook S15 S530FA, here are its specs:

CPU: i5-8265U

iGPU: Intel UHD Graphics 620

RAM: DDR4, 8GB

Display: 1920x1080, 15.6"

The display and any operations run significantly lower than they should, something surely less than 30 frames per second, when in past Clover installs, it has easily run at a full 60. This isn't in a game or anything, this is just during install and on the desktop post-install. Launchpad makes the frames drop down to less than a frame a second. System Report and About This Mac suggest I have 7MB of VRAM, but I don't know if that's an affect of my SMBIOS, being MacBookPro15,4. Being a UHD620, information has conflicted, especially with the WhateverGreen patching segments of the laptop guides I've followed.
