I want to run an iPad app on my Surface—am I dreaming or is this somehow possible?

App is Procreate and I have the Surface Book 2 with NVIDIA GTX 1050 and 16GB RAM, i7 1.9 Hz.

I do have an older PC to experiment with so as not to break the Surface. I guess so far it looks like this is impossible but I’m still curious if there’s a workaround I don’t know about, my google searches have been absolutely fruitless.
