Going for my first PC, for gaming and video editing , after reading alot have a few questions

I’m much less afraid of the hacintosh after seeing many videos and reading alot, but just needed to know some opinions and quality of life expectations

1) I saw AMD/Ryzen vs Intel was a big thing, from what I read AMD is typically more powerful and better bang for the buck, but I should expect alot of problems, vs intel costing more for less , but being a more stable option. Is that still true atm?

2) On a 1.5k budget, could I expect to make a hacintosh that could game at 1080p 120-144fps on AAA games (Apex Legends, Halo etc) and have good rendering times and playback in video editing? ( No 4k just 1080)

3) Has it been worth it for alot of you? I see as many happy comments from hacintosh owners as I see annoyed and regretful.
