Experience of Logic Pro X users sticking with Mojave for 32-bit plugins

I was wondering a few things about any Logic users that are running Mojave to maintain 32-bit plugin support. Have you been able to use Sound Radix 32 Lives as it would normally function on a Mac? Is keeping the OS on Mojave indefinitely ever going to be a problem in the future? Do you avoid security updates?

I've considered building a hackintosh for either a replacement to my music production rig in the future, or at the very least, to be able to run the 32-bit plugins/instruments that I can't give up. I see a lot about maintaining stability for hackintoshes so that updates go more smoothly, but what about wanting to keep the system in a current state indefinitely? Say I go all out and manage to run a rig with specs that wouldn't require any kind of hardware upgrades for years to come, is this a route any Logic users have already taken here? Even with running an older OS than Mojave? Has it been problematic at all? I'd especially like to hear about anyone that went all out with their CPU and RAM as I use a lot of resource heavy instruments with high polyphony voices and multiple instances as well as heavy use effects plugins.

My only real hesitation to doing a hackinstosh rig is the stress of downtime. I don't know if it rings true for most people, but when doing creative work like composition it's incredibly stressful and more importantly kills creative flow if the computer starts going wonky. It's something I've dealt with recently on my 2018 Mac Mini I only got in Nov--it's leading me to avoid ANY Mac that has a T2 chip. I'm getting a 2013 Mac Pro soon just so I get back to a consistent workflow, but I'm seriously eyeing going down the hackintosh path, but would really like some insight from Logic users--or anyone else that kept their build in a perpetual state, so to speak.

Apologies if this isn't allowed, and my search didn't really find answers I was looking for on here.
