Will Intel 10th gen work as soon as it is released?

I want to build a new hackintosh because my Xeon 1231v3 build is getting too slow for long 4k video editing.

I planned to go for a 9900k, but saw that the 10900k will be released this month. Do you think the new platform will work right from the start?
