Hello fellow hackintoshers! I'm still working to get my first Hackintosh up and running. Parts:
i5-9600k, MSI z390-A Pro, 16Gb RAM, 1Tb M.2 SSD (Windows 10 Pro), 500Gb SATA SSD (macOS target drive), Nvidia GTX 970
I was planning to run High Sierra since it is the latest release of macOS that supports the GTX970, but considering most steam games don't work with 64-bit versions of Mac anyway, should I even bother trying to accommodate for the GPU? Am I better off using iGPU, or onboard graphics? I'm running in to issues during the install progress. Actually, when I hit "Install macOS" I receive error "This copy of the Install macOS High Sierra application is damaged...." I'm wondering if running a more recent version would solve this issue. I haven't been able to digest the log file pointing to any obvious issues yet. Thanks for your input.
