Trouble with Z390 and OpenCore

So after much consternation, I have finally booted with OpenCore on my Asus ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming. I followed the vanilla guide for OC and got to basically the same point I did using Clover before I had to ask for help on tonymac. From that site, someone made me an EFI for Clover but did not explain what they fixed to get it working (and I couldn't figure it out). I finally did, I think, and it seems like they added an RTC fix that this guide says is not necessary (can't link directly but if you search for Z390 you'll see it). I am not sure what the fix, shown below, actually does. However, I get a panic on boot with AppleNVMe Assert Failed: ( 0 != data ). I should note that I have two NVMe SSDs installed in this mobo and removing them and booting with a SATA SSD does not result in a panic but booting any macOS drive while the RTC fix is not in the Patches of OC's ACPI Section results in this panic.

Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

TLDR: OpenCore is working but I had to use an RTC fix for my Z390 that the guides said was no longer necessary and I am worried that something is wrong.
