System freezes up every few seconds ever since wake from sleep

EDIT: Solved. I turned off my displays, unplugged all my usb ports, and put everything back. Magically fixed. Got the hint when I noticed just the cursor and keyboard were freezing, not the system itself.

Accidentally let it fall asleep knowing that it has issues with sleep, woke it up and now the entire system freezes up every few seconds, making the OS unusable. I happen to have High Sierra and Catalina both installed, and it happens on both. Obviously tried rebooting a million times, not really sure what to do.

Any suggestions?
