Successful OpenCore 0.58 on Gigabyte Z390UD - Except USB Mass Storage Doesn't Work??

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390UD

CPU: i5 9600k

Graphics: Radeon RX 5500XT

I just finished a new build using the newest version of OpenCore and everything seems to be working great, except USB Mass Storage. Any other USB device works fine (2.0 and 3.0). This issue existed on the same build with a Z370 motherboard that I replaced (I was sure that swapping the MB would solve the problem).

Has anyone every encountered a similar problem?
