OpenCORE not detecting APFS drive after conversion from HFS

Recently got OpenCORE, everything was working fine it was detecting my macOS drive (mojave). I wanted to update to Catalina so I converted the drive to an APFS using the recovery. Now OpenCORE can't detect my drive. I'm pretty sure I have the correct kexts and everything as I have the same config as this guy and he's a legend lol:
