Odd mouse behavior

I've got a Powercolor 5700xt and I put it in my hackintosh.

Everything works well except a small annoyance - the mouses has very short lags, it doesn't happen very often, but it happens constantly.

I guess I could live with this, actually the more I use the more I get used, but I thought of asking here to see if anyone had this problem.

My build has: Ryzen 7 2700x, Asus B450-f , the Navi Powercolor card.

Prior to this card I had a Sapphire Rx 590 and didn't have this issue.

I was using Opencore 0.5.7, and now I reinstalled 0.5.8, with same issue.

The only thing I changed was the boot args, did I miss something?

Actually, one other thing. After installing the card, my system got super laggy (but mouse would work well 😂). I found the culprit to be the Serial Port in Bios, which I had it enabled in my previous configuration, without issues.

After I disabled it in Bios, the system runs very good, but with that damn mouse lag 😂
