NVME drive compatibility

Hi, I have a question about the compatibility of a drive with my motherboard and its performance on a Hackintosh. I have an Asus Z97-E/USB3.1 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard and am thinking of upgrading my Kingston A400 to an ADATA XPG GAMMIX S11 Pro 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive.

How do I know if it's compatible with my motherboard? It has a m.2 socket 3 slot, in partpicker.com does not indicate problems, but I doubt that. Does anyone use that drive in a Hackintosh?
