Most reliable build?

Hey, everyone. I’m new here and I’m looking into building a Hackintosh. I’ve heard about this before but never got into reading more about it.

I’ve been using Macbooks since 2009 for school but now that I’m done with college, I want a desktop setup. My question is if there’s a build one could recommend that’s really reliable? One that doesn’t require frequent tweaks or updates. I don’t intend to always be updated on the software side like for example my MB Air is still running El Capitan. Also, I only mainly use my machine for everyday tasks like basic office work and the very occasional Adobe photoshop and iMovie.
