MacOS Desktop Has Weird Aliasing Over All Graphics

I got my Hackintosh set up today, and I'm in the process of fixing the last remaining issues with it. The most confusing of which has been macOS' graphics having a strange aliasing across all the graphics - not just the text. It's almost as if someone turned up the Sharpness filter several notches in an image processor, since there are lots of visual artifacts around icons.

I tried messing with the OpenCore settings, as suggesting in the Vanilla AMD sidebar guide's post-install section (Turning on HiDPI, etc.), but the problem persists. In fact, turning on HiDPI broke support for my second monitor! I don't have this issue in my Windows install, so I know it is macOS-specific. Any ideas what might be going on?

System:

  • Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus WiFi
