iMessage and Apple Support Verificaiton

I recently installed Catalina 10.15.4 on my XPS 15 9560. Everything has been working great except I can't get past the message that says "You cannot sign in to iMessage on this Mac at this time." I've read through the guides on TonyMacx86 and called Apple support today to try to get them to unblock things on their side. They were helpful and told me they applied the fix but when I tried logging in the same message was still there. The support agent told me sometimes it can take a few hours but if it takes longer contact them again and they'll request diagnostics info about my machine to try to figure it out.

I figure giving them information on the actual hardware inside my machine isn't a great idea. My SMBIOS has been verified, other iCloud features including the App Store work fine, just iMessage and FaceTime that are having issues. The customer code generated each time is the same and the iMessageDebug script returns the same string every time. I'm looking for suggestions on how to proceed.
