I have a Cascade Lake-X i9 10920x and don't see that listed in the OpenCore install guide.

It's possible I'm missing something obvious (this is my first Hackintosh install), but I don't see Cascade Lake-X in the config.plist section of the OpenCore install guide. Is this processor doable and as reliable/efficient as others? I'm planning a Catalina Hackintosh build on an ASUS X299 with an i9 10920x (an existing Windows computer).
