How safe is it to update these kexts versions without breaking anything?

• SMCProcessor.kext (v.1.0.7)
• AppleIntelE1000e.kext (v.3.3.6)
• BCM5722D.kext (v.1.0.3)
• Lilu.kext (v.1.3.8)
• AppleALC.kext (v.1.4.1)

Just want to make sure it’s safe to update without breaking anything.

I have downloaded the updates through kext-updater. Some of these kexts also have additional files downloaded with them which confuses me.
