Help finding the right EFIs for my specs (Mojave)?

Let me start with a preface. In the past, I had tried (futilely) to install some version of macOS on my AMD desktop. Reading compatibility sheets years later I realized my specs are either not supported or extremely difficult to get working which means it's not worth my time. Some time after trying that, I've left my old workplace and have gone from using an iMac to a late 2011 MacBook Pro with a measly 4GB of RAM. This would be alright if I was not someone who uses their Mac almost exclusively for Motion and FCPX. I recently acquired an Intel laptop that, reading the list on one of the pinned posts, is compatible with Catalina. It is an Intel Core i3 3110M (Ivy Bridge) with 8GB RAM (planning to upgrade to 16 as it is single-channel) and Intel HD Graphics 4000 with an SSD. I just want to get Mojave as it is the best fit for me between performance and app compatibility. Right now I'm following this guide https://dortania.github.io/vanilla-laptop-guide and have followed everything to a tee. But I'm stuck on the section that talks about finding the right custom EFIs for your setup. This is new to me! Can anyone please help me with proper repos to download said EFIs and/or places to find what I should download for my specs? I feel that if this Hackintosh installation goes too south I might just bite the bullet and buy a better MacBook. Thanks in advance!
