I'm running the latest macOS catalina in QEMU. Setup and config took me a few days but now i coudnt be happier with the result. Everything's seems to be working aside from iMessage and FaceTime.
The specs are:
Ryzen 7 3700x
32GB Ram
AMD RX 570 for macOS
GTX 1070 for Gaming
The Laptop runs macOS Sierra and it's an Thinkpad x220
