disable and turn off completely Nvidia GPU

Hi,

Is there a way to not only disable my RTX 2070, but to also turn it off completely (no power = no heat, no noisy fans running) ?

HDMI cable plugged into RTX for Windows and DP plugged into motherboard for MACOS. I don't want to remove the card everytime or unplug cables.
