Best Windows VM software to run OSX?

Which is the best performing VM software to run OSX within Windows 10 these days?

I've run OSX natively before, as well as via Unraid, however now I use OSX so fleetingly it would be nice to just fire up a VM from within Windows 10 when I need to do something.

I'm using an Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, however my X570 motherboard has a TB3 port which I can plug an external AMD 570 in to if needed (I doubt that would be supported in a VM though).
