After much diagnostics I've worked out that my Sapphire 5700 XT is causing issues with the USB controller on my system. Particular with with USB based Audio interfaces and dropouts.
Seems to be a well reported issue in windows as well. Wondering what the closest alternative is if I need to do video editing?
I would go a Vega 64, but seems that I can only get them second hand here in Aus and they would have slightly less performance for roughly the same cost.
Other options maybe maybe a second hand Radeon VII - again rare as hens teeth. I was avoiding a RX580
Any thoughts ?
