When laptop is idle the CPU load is 100%

Hi,

recently hackintoshed my laptop using OpenCore installing Catalina. I've just got beyond the installation stage, meaning I have no battery fix, no sleep/hibernation fix, no optimizing battery life fix.

And so I noticed a weird thing about my laptop recently. Whenever I just leave my laptop sitting idle (no turning off/no sleep) after some time the fan turns up to 100% speed (judging by the sound of it) and the CPU hits 100% reaches 100% load (judging by how hot the laptop gets).

I wanted to verify whether that's normal behavior before I go and create/apply all the battery/sleep/batterylife fixes.
