Turbo Boost in OpenCore

I am wondering whether there is a way to turn off Turbo Boost from OpenCore.

I have an Intel 8th Gen CPU.

I am using the Turbo Boost Switcher app, which works flawlessly.

Nonetheless, the developer mentioned that there is a setting on the MSR table which can disable turbo boost.

I already had Turbo Boost disabled through Intel Visual Bios, but that did not work until I installed said app.

Any ideas on how to set the MSR table in OpenCore?
