"The macOS installation couldn't be completed"

Hello everyone. I'm having some trouble installing 10.15.4 macOS Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina. I'm doing a fresh install and at the remaining 3 minutes of the first part of the installation, the computer reboots, I select the macOS installer boot option, it loads, and then I get a "The macOS installation couldn't be completed" with a log of 545 errors Picture here. I've tried installing it about 6 times and I keep getting the same results.

I'm following this guide https://khronokernel-2.gitbook.io/OpenCore-vanilla-desktop-guide/. It uses OpenCore. Here is a pastebin of my config.plist https://pastebin.com/gmSQhaby
