Possible build - Feedback appreciated

Hello again everyone,

After reading your suggestions on my original post ( click here ), I have made a component list for a possible build within my budget ($2,000 + monitor).

Again, I will be mostly using this computer for working on photography, graphic design and perhaps a little bit of video. (Capture One and Adobe CC suite). It is not my full time job, but I have some proper projects going on and will for a while.

I am between building a hackintosh (Does this list make sense? Would you make any changes?):

- Core i9-9900K
- Radeon RX 580 - 8G GDDR5 OC V2
- Gigabyte - Z390 Gaming
- Hydro Series Water Cooling (120)
- 32 GB - Vengeance LPX DDR4 (2666) - 2 x 16GB
- Corsair - CX 550 Power Supply
- Samsung 1TB SSD
- Samsung 500 GB SSD
- Ziyituod - Intel Wi-Fi 6 / 802.11ax(5GHz 2400Mbps / 2.4GHz 574Mbps)
- Dune Pro - Case* - Has anyone bought it from the indieGogo site?

APROX TOTAL ($1,800 US) - I live in Japan, so everything is more expensive than in the US.

or going for the latest MacMini with the following specs.

- 3.2GHz 6‑core 8th‑generation Intel Core i7 (Turbo Boost up to 4.6GHz)
- Intel UHD Graphics 630
- 1TB SSD
- 32GB Timetec Hynix DDR4 (2666) - 2 x 16GB (amazon purchase)

APROX TOTAL ($1,555 US) - I could also trade in my Mid 2012 MacbookPro for about $200 US credit not relfected on this price.

Feedback is always welcome. I want to make the best possible investment I can.

THANK YOU!
