I recently tried to install MacOS on the NUC5. But I am running into the attached error. I am unsure if this is an error with respect to the configuration I have assembled using Clover[ https://github.com/CloverHackyColor/CloverBootloader/releases/tag/5114 ]. On the kext and patch fixes side, I essentially followed this tutorial[ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3epD8qqVeA&t=931s ]. While this is on NUC8, I figured it should not be much different. I have tried some variations in the whole clover configuration but I am unable to get it to install on my drive. Where to look in order to figure out the error? I have attached installer logs[ https://imgur.com/a/rMzLkYN ], but I couldn't deduce much from it? Has anyone tried Catalina on NUC5? Can I expect Catalina to install ever on the NUC5? I tried some OS builds[High Sierra and Mojave] from not-so-trusted source, but the installer craps out with this error only. Can anyone please help out? [link] [comments] |
