macOS Catalina 10.15.4 (19E287) - Lock screen wallpaper is default and it can't be changed

Hey Guys,

Did y'all notice that the user set wallpaper does't reflect in the lock screen? i.e the lock screen wallpaper defaults to Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina's default wallpaper.

Can you confirm from your end?
