is the RX 580 enough for 4k video editing? (or 5700) help me choose, please

I want to use Final Cut on a 10bit 4k screen... Im planning to build with the i7-9700 and am trying to choose between three graphics cards.

• SAPPHIRE Nitro+ Radeon RX 5700 XT 8G (£430)
• Sapphire RX 5700 Pulse (£360)
• Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 580 8G (£190)

The Nitro 5700 seems to have the best reviews, the pulse version looks like a similar card but the reviews are not as good which makes me think the card will be crap.

Or will the 580 be 'good enough' or should I stick with the 5700.

Help me choose!
