I am having trouble with Intel UHD 630 Graphics in a recent 10.13.6 build. It shows only 31MB of VRAM. When I add the "device-id" "923E0000"for faking the Coffee Lake Refresh (as per this guide), I get a black screen after verbose, and none of the BusID patches fixed this issue (guide). I ran through every port possibility, spent all day working on this, and haven't really gotten anywhere. I have included a plist with and without the BusID/framebuffer patching that I did. The version without the BusID patching boots with the graphics issue seen below.
