How to remove entries from OpenCore boot menu

Hey all,

I was able to successfully install MacOS Mojave via OpenCore (yay). However, when I boot from my MacOS disk, the OpenCore boot menu defaults on the "macOS Installer" option. How can I remove this entry and the two "Recovery 10.14.6 (dmg)" entries?

I mounted and backed up my USB installer EFI using these instructions. I used gibMacOS to create the USB installer if that matters.
