This is the error I get: Clover Configurator could not be synchronized because an error occurred: Encountered unknown tag html on line 8

I already have the USB ready and I already downloaded Catalina and now this is where I am at and what I'm using as my guide:

I used this one guide to start my build:

Th issue I have is on the clover configuration using the two that the build guide recommends.

I do this: coffeelake_sample_config.plist with Clover Configurator (right click → Open With → Clover Configurator)

I get this:
Clover Configurator could not be synchronized because an error occurred: Encountered unknown tag html on line 8
In text Mode it shows:
