Desktop Hackintosh for Software Developers?

Hi,

I built a Hackintosh back in ~2010 and it was the catalyst for me moving to (and buying) Mac's ever since... However, the price for what I'm after now is about £3500/$4000... just seems ridiculous!

So I'm looking for some help on hardware, ideally someone has already built a running system that fits all my requirements... which are:

1. Must be able to run Docker inside OSX - note: I do not want to run OSX inside Docker, I want Docker installed on Mojave/Catalina (apparently Ryzen's have trouble with Docker...?)
2. Small, mATX or smaller
3. Quiet, this'll be replacing my 2015 MBP
4. Stable - not looking to OC or run games on this machine (at least 4 cores)
5. FaceTime, Slack, WhatsApp, MS Teams
6. WiFi and Bluetooth
7. TimeMachine must work

Regarding GPU's - do I need a dedicated one? I've gotten away with the integrated one on my MBP just fine. I'm more interested in it being quiet... I don't do any video editing or gaming... so my requirements for this, I guess, are low. However, I'd like the option to add one in the future if my needs change.
