Buy Bootable hard disk with Mac OS already installed?

Hi all,

I'm thinking of setting up a hackintosh, but am a bit put off by all the work involved. I've noticed you can buy bootable hard drives with mac OS already installed. Would this work as a shortcut to setting up a hackintosh?

Would it be plug and play?

I've done some research and my system should be compatible with high sierra.

My potential Hackintosh PC is set up as follows;

CPU; Haswell i7 4770 quad core 3.40 ghz.

Mainboard; Hewlett Packard 2AF3

Bios; AMI Version 80, 2013

Memory; 2 x8 gb DDR3 1600mhz

Graphics; Nvidia GTX 1060
