I've a working hackintosh with an Nvidia 1080 and High Sierra, it just bought a RTX 2080 Ti without even thinking it would be an issue ( my bad ). But I forget to check the availability of the nvidia web drivers.
Can someone confirm that, at this date, this cg is not compatible with hackintosh ( High Sierra or higher ) ? Do you think it would be soon or it's a losing battle ?
If you were in my position, what would you do ? Try to use both 1080 and 2080 ( one on windows, one on mac os ) ? Sell back the 2080 and buy an AMD one ? Are there some caveats I should know before taking a decision ?
