Question for those who hackintoshed their laptops.

Hello everyone. Forgive me if this question has been asked before. Maybe I am not that good at searching anymore.

I have a laptop (HP Pavilion Power 15-cb002ne, GTX1050) currently running Windows 10 on its 120gb NVMe SSD and Ubuntu sharing the 1TB HDD with files. Now, I am planning to upgrade the SSD to 1TB and reformat the 1TB HDD as well.

I wanted to ask whether to install macOS first or Win10 first to the SSD. Or is it better to do Win10 on the SSD and macOS + Data on the HDD?

Also, what would be the most reliable file system for sharing the HDD between macOS and Win10?
