[Question] Cloning the Hackintosh boot drive entirely

Hey, i have a hackintosh Catalina installed on a 1TB hard drive.

I would like to purchase an SSD with probably 120GB - 250GB and transfer the hackintosh hard drive onto it.

Currently i am using only 50GB of space in the 1TB drive so it should fit into the SSD.

What are the steps to do it without reinstalling the hackintosh?

How do i deal with the different sized drives?
