Possible Build Feedback / Questions on Z370 Mobo

Looking into building my first hackintosh, been on MacOS for decades, but frustrated with HW prices. Looking ideally for something that could also boot into Windows.

**Warning!**Some Intel Z370 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Coffee Lake Refresh CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

Currently getting a warning about needing BIOS update on the Z370 motherboard with the i7-9700K. I didn't see anything in the official FAQs or build guides. It seems the Z370 is generally recommended for Hack builds, but I haven't seen anyone talking about whether the BIOS might create issues?
