New to Hackintosh. Thinking to add a new ssd with MacOS

I am thinking to add a 2nd SSD. 1st one has Windows 10 and 2nd will load MACOS. is it possible? The laptop Lenovo has 2 separate SSD slots.

Below is the hardware configuration:

-- Lenovo P52, Intel i7-8750H, 64GB RAM, 1st SSD 1TB, 2nd SSD 500GB, NVIDIA Quadro P1000

Can you also please advise where I can find online guide to follow through?
