New hackintosh build help.

I have an i5-9400f and a gigabyte h370m board and an rx580 graphics card.

I'd like to install hackintosh on this and dual boot with windows. Could anybody point me to a good guide that would work with this hardware?

It just needs to work, doesn't even need to be the latest os. I have tried installing with Unibeast, but I keep stalling on install So I tried the vanilla install guide. I'm finding it really hard to figure out what settings go with which processor and particularly confused with the config.plist.

Any help is much appreciated.
