Make Install.bat will not complete!

I am trying to make the install usb on a windows 10pc but everytime i execute MakeInstall.bat from the gibMacOS folder, i get the following :

I tried different windows 10 pc but the same result. I also tried using a different USB and no luck. I was able to use the same command before. Can anyone help plse? thx
