Is my build hackintoshable?

I recently discovered this community and from the moment i heard about it i said I wanted to try making a hackintosh! I read they mostly use Intel processors and amd cards, tho I read there are new ways to make a Ryzentosh. I would like to know if my new build could run macOS Components:

Ryzen 5 2600X Stock cooler

Ballistix 16gb of ram

Asrock b450m steel legends mobo

Amd radeon rx570 8gb msi armor

I also have another question, do people usually start without having any OS on their computer? I am going to reuse my ssd from my previous build which has windows 10 installed? What do I do? What amd guide should i use?
