is Hackintosh possible?

I’d like to transform my pc into a Hackintosh, do you guys think it will work well and I won’t go through too much trouble? (I don’t know much about the Hackintosh conversion) -Amd Ryzen 5 3600 -Msi Bazooka b450m v2 -Radeon rx590 8gB -16gB 3200mHz ram -500gB m.2 ssd
