Is a DW1820A a reliable WiFi card for a laptop Hackintosh?

So, I have a laptop that I turned into a Hackintosh, and I want to have native WiFi, Bluetooth, Handoff and Airdrop, so I need to get a new card. However, the easy to use DW1560 is extremely expensive, so I’m wondering whether I can just cheap out and get a DW1820A instead.
