How do I get Ethernet, Graphics and USB3 working on new Hackintosh?

CPU: Intel i7 7700k @ 4.7GHz

GPU: Geforce GTX 1080ti

RAM: Corsair 8GB x 2 @ 2.6GHz

Mobo: Asus Strix z270f

Audio Codec: Realtek

Ethernet: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V

What part I got an issue with: Ethernet not working, the resolution is not the native of the monitor, USB3 ports at the front of the computer don't work.

What files/config I am using: kexts and config same as guide followed

Additional info: I understand that there is no current Nvidia driver for macOS, and I am fine with using the iGPU with the Hackintosh I just want to use the GPU as a passthrough. I have tried installing a few additional kexts such as 'AppleRTL8169Ethernet.kext' and 'IntelMausiEthernet.kext' but these did not fix the ethernet. Any help would be appreciated
