[HELP]Catalina-R9_390-Black screen with dual monitors

When I boot with both displays are plugged in (hdmi & display port), both displays are black.

If I boot with only one plugged in, it boot normally. If I plug the second monitor in after signing in, both monitors will work. If I plug it in before I sign in, both will turn black.

How to fix this problem? I installed the OS using Vanilla method.

OS: Catalina GPU: Msi r9 390 (injectAIT + fakeID + 4 display ports) DISPLAY(Res): HDMI(1080P), DISPLAY-PORT(4K)
