Graphics Glitch in Mojave [Skylake]

So I've been trying to install Mojave, but everytime it boots up, there are glitches everywhere. You can see what I mean here : https://imgur.com/a/U44IAcl

I can see some shades of window contents or title bars when I move them. It is pretty much unusable. The only way to use the OS is by setting Fake-ID to 0x12345678 and the platform-id to 0x19028086; I don't get any graphics acceleration with that. I think the graphics acceleration is working because it boots up fairly fast (there's no SSD inactivity when it's booting), and the display turns off and on again (like when changing resolution). The config.plist I'm using is from an Optiplex 3040, which has the same CPU and internal graphics (got it off of a colleague); I removed some unnecessary kexts though. Any ideas?
