I made this post and followed up with this post very recently, asking for advice in getting my hackintosh to stop freezing randomly.
I used the USBMapping.command tool last time in order to map the USB ports and I initially thought that would fix it. I have been using the computer quite frequently for a couple of days without any problems. But this morning, the freezes started to happen again.
The very strange thing is that I did an update to Windows 10 again before booting into macOS, and that seems to trigger the reappearance of the freezes. This was also someting that I noticed last time the freezes started coming up, I did a Windows 10 update in conjunction with them appearing. Like before, the freezes usually happens when I click something or use the mouse or keyboard in any way. And one thing that I noticed is that the first freeze happens when I login to macOS. I mean, the first freeze after updating Windows. Last time it also happened for the first time when clicking the login button, as it did this time as well. On second boot after the first freeze, I can use the computer for a couple of minutes, but it then freezes again when clicking a link or button or something.
Could it be that the Windows 10 updates are causing this? I’ve had two freezes now in about five minutes of use since updating Windows. And like I said, I have been able to use macOS without any freezes at all before the update, after mapping the USB ports.
Someone here suggested that I should have the activity monitor opened in order to see if there are any processor heavy applications that spikes when the freeze happens, and I tried that just now, but there aren’t any suspicious activity or spikes at all.
Here are the lists of specs and kexts, updated according to the changes I made last time:

Any help with this is much appreciated! Is there anything I can do to ease the diagnostics of the problem? Maybe a boot flag that I can use to output some information about the freeze?
