Chrome Performance on GPU rasterization / UI lag.

I have my hackintosh running Catalina , RX580, AMD 2700x, Open Core 0.5.6
I have hardware acceleration running properly according to VideoProc. Using SIMBIOS i have the system configured as a MacPro 7,1

I have noticed that in the chrome browser some frame drops while scrolling, I changed the flags setting of "Out of process rasterization" to disabled and things seem to be operating correctly now, but I've also noticed what feels like some frames being dropped when moving some UI elements around.

Is there any debug I can perform?
