Can't boot to macOS Mojave installer

Hello, I am using an HP ProBook 430 G5 (Intel core i5 8250U, UHD Graphics 620, 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB SSD + 512 GB HDD).

I am kinda new to Hackintosh and I tried to install Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave with this tutorial. I can't boot the installer on the USB Stick.
